Be 23 years of age.

Complete and submit an adoption application by mail or e-mail (below).  

Check the box to accept the liability release which indicates that you fully understand the risk of visiting and interacting with a foster home or other agreed meeting location. You will be agreeing that you and others accompanying you, WILL NOT hold Furry Monster Rescue, its volunteers, affiliates, trainers, or veterinarians and staff liable, should injury or injuries occur, personal property is damaged, or any other health situation arise as a result of a visit to the foster home or meeting location.

Bring all household members, including current dog(s), to an in-person adoption interview.

Provide a copy of the most current veterinary records with proof of vaccinations, heartworm prevention (for dogs) and proof of spay/neuter (if there are currently pets in the household).
